Gabs Damiani is a versatile freelance musician based in Lambourn, West Berkshire.
Classically trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and Westminster Cathedral in London, he is active as an organist, accompanist and conductor
across the UK and internationally.
Alongside a busy performing career, he has over twenty years' experience as a music educator and private tutor.

Music for Weddings and services
Whether you need an organist or a conductor for a wedding, a christening or a funeral - or indeed an organ recital! - Gabs can be on hand to play it or lead it, advise on music choices and much more!
Individual Organ Lessons
Gabs became an RCO-Accredited Organ Teacher in 2012, the only representative of the Royal College of Organists in the Oxford area. He has inspired generations of students at St Edward's, Oxford while he was Chapel Organist there. He has given lectures and masterclasses for the RCO over many years and taught in summer courses, both in Italy and the UK. He can now offer private tuition in his own home, where he owns a four-manual Hauptwerk organ!
Piano Accompaniment & Coaching
As a piano répétiteur, Gabs supports the work of instrumentalists and singers of any ability and experience. He accompanies students through the ABRSM/Trinity graded examinations, coaches and prepares them for their performances and aural tests; he also works with several choral societies and has had many musical partnerships with professional singers and instrumental soloists.
Choral & Orchestral Conducting
Gabs trained in both choral and orchestral conducting as part of his Bachelor's Degree course at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London, later working with the Choirs of the Royal Hospital Chapel, Chelsea and Westminster Cathedral. Whilst at St Edward's School, Oxford, he conducted the School's Symphony and Chamber Orchestras. He is a regular guest conductor for the St Giles Orchestra in Oxford, with concerts planned for 2026 and beyond.
