Evensong with Gabs: Music, Reflection, and Atmosphere

Join Gabs for a traditional Evensong, brought to life by the rich sound of the chapel’s French-style Walker organ. Set in a calm and atmospheric space, this short service offers a chance to pause, reflect, and enjoy some exceptional live music.

The Chapel Choir will perform Charles Wood’s Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis in D, a much-loved setting full of warmth and colour. Alongside the choral music, Gabs will play organ voluntaries by J. Lemmens and E. Batiste, showcasing the instrument’s full range—from quiet, reflective tones to bold, resonant passages.
